Operating Policies and Additional Information: Braids - Please arrive to your scheduled appointment with your hair washed, blow dried, with no added product applied. If a wash is needed, please select this service when booking as an Add-On. Hair is not provided. Contact (510)640-2098 or email Dannybraids2020@icloud.com Late Arrivals- I allow a 10 minute grace period after the scheduled appointment time, failure to arrive within this timeframe will result in your appointment being canceled. Late appointments that are canceled forfeit their deposits. Rescheduling - Rescheduling must be requested within 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. To use the deposit associated with your appointment, it must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original appointment. You are only allowed one reschedule per appointment / deposit. Cancelations - Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Customers who fail to to cancel the appointment with forfeit the deposit and be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No Shows- All No Shows with NO CALL will result the full service being charged and blocked from future appointments. Deposits - All clients are required to submit the $30deposit after booking your appointment to secure your requested appointment. Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE and do not go towards the final balance of your service. (Please revenge the Payment area below as to how to submit your deposit) Confirmation of Appointment- You will receive a confirmation message within 36 hours of both booking through the website and the confirmed receipt of deposit. Failure to pay the deposit with 24 hours of booking may result in an automatic cancellation of your appointment.
